The Pad Thai noodles were overboiled. There wasn't enough Pad Thai sauce and they gave me a used lime!! The food is usually hit or miss, but it was absolutely terrible tonight!

We love Thai orchid! It’s our favorite Thai place in town. But we ordered drunken noodles which is a must for us and asked for mild as spice option and it was so spicy it was inedible.

The worst Thai food I ever had! No fresh ingredients, except for a few (very few) bean sprouts. Tempura was over cooked and horrible. This place used to be good, now it is not in my experience.

Always phenomenal- Thai orchid never disappoints. We’ve been ordering from here for years and it’s consistently the best quality and portions. Highly recommended for the best Thai in town!

Never got a notification that the food was ready to pick up. Food wasn’t very warm when it got it. It was great food but I’m not going to use this app anymore; I’ll just call the rest. directly.

My only complaint is the food was clearly ready far before the pickup time.. the food was luke-warm. Nothing the microwave couldn't fix, would just appreciate a text if the food was ready early next time :)

The food was great, but the app is terrible. It said to pick my food up at 8:14, but on the restaurant side it said to prepare the food for 8:33! I love Thai Orchid, but from now on I order by phone
